Final Government Response to Tracking Tragedy (2007)

Summary

This document provides additional information to the earlier interim response to the recommendations made in Tracking Tragedy 2007 the Mental Health Sentinel Events Review Committee's third report looking into public mental health service delivery in NSW. This report reviewed the circumstances surrounding homicides by mental health patients and suicide deaths of patients in community mental health settings.
